Innovaspark Consulting also partners with radiopharmaceutical, medical imaging device and software organizations to address a critical workforce gap: the limited integration of clinically experienced imaging professionals within technology and innovation teams. Meet Our CEO/Founder
Meet Dr. Onyeka Abengowe
Dr. Onyeka Abengowe is a healthcare thought leader, medical imaging workforce strategist, consultant, coach, mentor, and certified nuclear medicine technologist with more than two decades of experience in healthcare and Nuclear Medicine imaging.
Throughout her career, she has worked across clinical practice, start-up consulting, workforce development, and modality operations. These experiences have provided a unique perspective on the challenges facing imaging departments, healthcare organizations, and imaging professionals today.
Dr. Abengowe founded Innovaspark Consulting to bridge the gap between workforce challenges and workforce solutions.
Her work focuses on helping organizations strengthen workforce sustainability while helping professionals navigate career growth, leadership development, and career evolution.
She is also the founder of MyCareerByDesign™ and The SuperNucTech Academy™, initiatives dedicated to professional development and career advancement within medical imaging.

ARTI seeks to promote growth in research, innovation, professional development, and industry-relevant skills and certifications.
