Overview

I am a medical imaging workforce and operations strategist with over two decades of clinical experience in high-volume imaging environments, specializing in clinical operations, process improvement, workforce systems, and healthcare delivery improvement. Alongside my clinical career, I have experience coaching, mentoring, and designing professional development for medical imaging and other healthcare professionals, supporting clinicians in strengthening their performance, communication, and career progression in medical imaging and beyond.
